Additional there is an option for the purchase of three (3) more wagns as need in accordance with the purchase description and statement of work. The delivery date is 1 April or sooner. The delivery timeline of the first three wagons will be the delivery time for any subsequent purchases. See 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES for evaulation criteria. Incomplete offers will not be considered.
