This is a non-personal services contract to provide maintenance and repairs of the Land Mobile Radio and Emergency Vehicle Equipment (LMR-EV) for the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Detrick, Directorate of Operations (DoO). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. All employees shall be vetted IAW AR190-13. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to do repairs and installation of radios and emergency vehicle equipment that have been installed by others as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
