All attachments are DRAFTs for review. The requirements are subject to change / deletion / increase in scope pending the results of thisa Sources Sought (RFI). Questions may be submitted through 8 June 2024 at 12:00 Noon without exception and will be responded to within 5 days. The scope of this contract is to perform non-personal technical support services to complete tasks and deliverables detailed in PWS and Technical Exhibit (T.E.). The contractor shall provide positions listed in T.E. 3, having the requisite specialized skills, certification, and experience necessary to perform the requirements of this PWS and tasks specified in T.E. 2, over a base year plus one option year. Upon completion of Base Year services, contractor shall provide to the Federal Government a one hundred percent operational, turnkey, working, functional and completed system on DPWs Microsoft 365 SharePoint. The DCS will require project information to be uploaded/categorized (current legacy e-files and hard documents) and continue to be uploaded for ongoing projects (per process workflows and SOP developed during the base).
