The change in procurement method is due to multiple parties stating the required capability. Once offers are received a capability demonstration may be scheduled to further select from the offerors who submitted complete, technically acceptable proposals. Special Instruction: All Offerors shall submit (2) copies of thier proposal to the POC listed in this Solicitation. One (1) proposal shall be redacted to ensure no information identifying the Offeror to include name, cage code, address, telephone numbers or email shall be visible. The redactions should also include the name of any personnel. THis is to be awarded as an IDIQ contract with Task Orders issued.
