The Contractor shall provide qualified and knowledgeable personnel, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items of a non-personal basis necessary to repair Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) on all (13) buildings in the Warrior Camp Barracks area at Fort Walker, VA as defined in this SOW. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Award will be made to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable proposal.
