The Contractor (KTR) shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to procure, manufacture, and deliver riding breeches as required by the Caisson Detachment at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBMHH). The Contractor shall provide supplies that are to the standards set forth in this contract.Uniforms will be delivered to JBM-HH requirements within 21 days from the day starting after receipt of Contracting Officer (KO) signed purchase order. The attached Purchase Description specifies the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs) of each uniform article. Substitutions are not authorized, MECs for each uniform article shall be met.
