The contractor or designated subcontractor shall conduct religious services in accordance with the Islamic tradition and as outlined in this Performance of Work Statement (PWS) and in accordance with Army regulations and Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Contractor shall provide Islamic Ministry in support of the Pentagon Chaplain’s Office as required and requested. Said program will be in keeping with the endorsement requirements and tenets of the Islamic faith and Islamic endorsing agencies, in order to meet the spiritual and moral needs of the Pentagon Islamic Community. For the purpose of this contract, the Pentagon Islamic Community is defined as military, military dependents, DoD authorized civilians and family members.
