This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Stage Hands to be contracted to work with Perschings Own in the production of A Holiday Festival at DAR Constitution Hall. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide production support for the 2023, American Holiday Festival Concert as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall provide pricing for each day and all personnel costs associated with all hands performing under this contract per the PWS pages 24 - 28. The period of performance for this contract is going to be 13 Nov - 8 Dec 2023. The American Holiday Festival production will is 27 Nov 2023 - 4 December 2023.
