The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Belvoir intents to award a Firm-Fixed Price for Caisson Ceremonial Riding Breeches to support the 3rd Regiment Infantry (The Old Guard). The Contractor (KTR) shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to procure, manufacture, and deliver riding breeches as required by the Caisson Detachment at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBMHH). The Contractor shall provide supplies that are to the standards set forth in this contract. The attached Purchase Description and Statement of Work ( SOW) specifies the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs) of each uniform article. Substitutions are not authorized.
