This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Mission & Installation Contracting Command – Fort Belvoir, VA (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, is issuing this Solicitation on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management & Comptroller (ASA (FM&C)) - Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Cost & Economics (DASA-CE) for a non-personal services contract for Keypad installation to control the Integrated Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) panel in Room 106 as well as a full installation of an Access Control System (ACS) independent of the ICIDS in Room 214. This requirement is a total small business set-aside, and the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a size standard of $19M. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at 5701 21st Street, Building 216, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract.
