This a non-personal services contract to perform as a Protestant Director of Music to support the Protestant Congregation at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall on a weekly basis, consisting of approximately 10-12 hours per week. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
