Another question was raised about the price model which is uploaded in SAM as a separate attachment entitiled Price Model. Please include your prices on this sheet and include it with your proposal. Another question was raised about the amount of testimated tonnage. This information is included on the attached amendment titled VOLUME REPORT. Summary: there will be two additional copies uploaded in SAM for your review: Amendment 0002 and the Price Model.
