This requirement is for non-personal services contract in which the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform landscape installation, maintenance, gardening and interior plant care services at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC), Arlington, Virginia and the U.S. Soldier’s & Airmen’s Home National Cemetery (USSAHNC), Washington, DC in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.
