The period of performance is as follows Basic Period: 1 Sep 2021 – 31 Aug 2022 Option Year 1: 1 Sep 2022 – 31 Aug 2023 Option Year 2: 1 Sep 2023 – 31 Aug 2024 Option Year 3: 1 Sep 2024 – 31 Aug 2025 Option Year 4: 1 Sep 2025 – 31 Aug 2026 The response date for Quotes have been extended till 26 August, 2021 at 3:00 PM ET. This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91QV121T0003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561790, “Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings”, with a size standard of $8.0 Million. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Wage Determination and Solicitation document for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Please see the instructions to Offerors within the solicitation documents for details for submittals in response to this Request for Quote. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached Solicitation document.
