This is a Sources Sought - "Full and Open" The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market availability within the National Capital Region for Portable Shower Trailers for use in rapid deployment situations. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to a single source is the intended outcome. The BPA will be for five (5) Three hundred and sixty-five day Ordering periods. During this time Task or Delivery Orders may or may not be issued against the BPA dependent entirely upon the Government's need. All pricing shall be Firm-fixed price for the duration of the BPA. Please provide informal pricing on the attached PWS or in a format that demonstrates a complete understanding of the requirements. An IGCE will be developed using the informal pricing submitted. This information shall be submitted with any response to the Notice. A Draft PWS is attached and may be revised as the result of responses to this Notice. Templates in the PWS diagramming typical trailers are for guidance only. Modular buildings that can be mobilized rapidly are also acceptable in single-wid and double-wide configurations.
