Software to be provided by the contractor and able to complete all of the following: Provide search and analysis capabilities to identify and locate Wounded Warriors using both public and private information including: name, address, social security number, Federal Identification number, and any other personally identifying information that helps the Government locate Wounded Warriors and their families/Caregiver. Verify information such as identities of businesses and their authorized agents. Provide search capabilities to locate Wounded Warriors using information such as motor vehicle records, criminal records, professional licenses, and any other records that aide in locating Wounded Warriors and their families. The software shall be approved by US Army CIO G6 for installation on Army/government computers.
