This is a non-personal service contract requirement to provide weekly delivery of rental uniforms and laundry services and the purchase of headgear for Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) in Arlington, Virginia. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The Contract providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractors who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform laundry and weekly delivery and pickup of uniforms at ANC as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
