This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR subpart 13. Simplified Acquisition Procedures, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is W91QV1-19-R-0092, and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60, effective July 26, 2012. (iv) This solicitation is being competed as small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 532490. (v) The contract line item 0001 is determined by the response to the performance work statement (PWS). The desired outcome is five (5) media risers erected to the specifications outlined in Part 5 (Specific Tasks) of this PWS, with the possibility of a sixth media riser to be erected, if necessary. The sixth riser would be a separate line item that would be executed if necessary. The media risers shall be erected at four separate locations in the National Capital Region. The contractor shall provide the Contracting Officer with a list of materials used for construction of the riser, bull-pen (area on ground-level in front of first riser, if applicable), stairs, and bunting. Following the award of the contract, the contractor shall conduct a site survey of the three (3) known locations with representatives from the Military District of Washington (MDW) Directorate of Logistics and Public Affairs Office Contract line item 0002: Contractor Manpower Reporting System Please read the performance work statement in its entirety and submit your proposal by MAIL ONLY.
