The purpose of this amendment is to: Revise the period of performance of CLINs 0001-0005, Revise the quantities for CLINs 0002 – 0004, Revise CLIN X004 to remove references to OWOs identified in TE GEN 6, Revise Section 2.1.2.2. Period of Performance of the Performance Work Statement Attachment, Provide answers to questions received in response to the solicitation, Revise the Pricing Worksheet Attachment, Provide the list of site visit attendees, Provide the Sample Consent Letter Attachment, Revise Section L, 2.1.2 Page Limitations, Revise Section L, 7.3.2.6 to clarify Relevancy Documentation, and; Revise Section L 4.1 to extend the offeror due date to Friday, 7 February 2020 at 12:00 PM Local Time, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Ft Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to issue a solicitation to award a single, fixed-priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a seven (7) month base and four (4) 12 month option years on behalf of the Fort Belvoir Department of Public Works (DPW). DPW has a requirement for Base Operations Services at Rivanna Station. This requirement will be set-aside for 8(a) Small Business vendors. The estimated Period of Performance includes a 30 day phase in from 27 January 2020 through 26 February 2020, with full performance beginning 27 February 2020 through 26 August 2020 and four twelve (12) month option years through 26 August 2024. All Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. It is also noted that 8(a) firms must be certified as 8(a) with the Small Business Administration (SBA) as well as certified on SAM.
