Please ensure that all offers demonstrate capability to provide the requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work. Incomplete responses will be deemed not "Technically Acceptable" and thus not considered for award. There is no requirement for drivers of these vehicles as they will be operated by licensed DOD Personnel, military or Civilian. Pricing shall be inclusive of all taxes and fees. The U.S. Government has exemptions in certain jurisdictions from some taxes on supplies and services. It is the duty of the Offeror to verify this status prior to submitting an offer.
