The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB) requests your proposal for the requirement titled “Vehicle Wash.” The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Service Contract for the cleaning of Forty-Five (45) Large SUV's, Thirty One (31) Large Sedan's, Four (4) Mid-Size Sedans, and Two (2) 15-Pax Vans for a total of Eighty-Two (82) vehicles as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). The Joint Task Force – National Capitol Region (JTF-NCR) / US Army Military District of Washington (USA MDW) perform ceremonies on a regular basis throughout the year. The appearance of The US Army and these ceremonial vehicles are above reproach. The modes of transportation are by various size vehicles. The fleet requires to be cleaned and inspected often. The interior and exterior cleaning are the services needed to maintain on an as-needed basis
