The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services as described in the PWS and associated contract documents. The Contractor shall perform to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in this PWS and associated contract documents.
