The Contractor is to provide the ordering and supply of chemicals to the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) at 1780 N. Market Frederick, MD 21702 Fort Detrick, in an expedient, stabilized, steadfast fashion ensuring chemicals are always in supply and available to carry out the daily missions of the Plant. USAG Fort Detrick requests a new one year firm-fixed price contract with Maryland Chemical Co. The award of this contract will be one year to meet the immediate needs of providing the required chemicals for the WWTP.
