A need is anticipated at Arlington National Cemetery to provide transportation services to Family Pass Holders (FPH). The Contractor will provide the vehicle and driver on an on-call basis in accordance with the attached PWS. The Contractor shall provide on-call transportation to Family Pass Holders (FPH) from the Blue Star locations (Farragut Dr., Porter Dr. and Grant Dr.) to sections 11, 3, 18, 44, 19, 17, 22, 23, and 21 in order to visit the gravesites of loved ones in the aforementioned sections. The driver will maintain a respectable distance for the FPH during the visit, and return the FPH to Blue Star location. The Contractor will provide the vehicle and driver to provide the required services on this contract. This requirement is going to be limited to all Small Business socioeconomic programs as stated in the Sources Sought.
