This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 by Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB) in support of the Chaplain's Office in Fort Myer, VA for the following: Protestant Music Director. This requirement is for a Base Year and (three) 12 month option years. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses.
