Gedney Godwin Incorporated for Tri-Corner Hats. Consistency in form, fit, and finish between the new stock and the existing stock requires purchasing from the same vendor. The 5 year maximum value of this IDIQ will be under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $250,000.00. Interested parties shall send an email to the contracting office no later than the day this notice closes by 2:PM Eastern Standard Time. The basis of the sole source justification is due to being a follow-on acquisition as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(supplies). The previous award was Openly competed and three offers were received.
