The work will entail replacing hardware, keys and miscellaneous items to ensure doors can be secured properly. The vendor will remove, replace and re-key all locksets as needed to include additional keys and master keys for each lockset in a workman like manner. The vendor will properly ensure that the door assembly, jamb, and lockset all work in tandem to allow for proper closing and securing. See attached Statement of Work. Vendors requesting a site visit shall make that request in writing (email) not later than 25 August 2021. It is recommended that vendors be within the local commuting area to ensure timely servicing should it be necessary. This is not a local area set aside however no travel costs will be reimbursed should your proposal be accepted and travel / overnight accomodations be required. Pricing SHALL be completed on CLIN 0001 and 0002 in addition to the submission of a complete costs / price list for all work . Responses that are incomplete shall be deemed non-responsive proposals and not considered for award. Persons wishing a site visit shall have valid Government issued identification such as a passport or Real ID drivers license, Real ID is required for entry to military post. No Exceptions will be made.
