For an IDIQ that price is determined by multiplying the minimum order per Ordering Period times the number of Ordering Periods or by quoting a price for each item valid for ALL Ordering Periods. The Representations required under FAR 52.204-26 shall be completed on the returned, signed solicitation or the proposal shall be considered unacceptable and not considered for an award.
