The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform routine maintenance and emergency call-in repairs of elevators as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The objective of this contract is to ensure regularly scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs are performed on both the HYDRO “HYDRAULIC” hydraulic hybrid elevators and GEARLESS TRACTION MRL elevators at Fort Detrick as needed.
