Contractor must acknowledge the originally issued solicitation, as well as the amended "P0001" version of the solicitation with their proposal. This is a commercial, non-personal services contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other non-personal services necessary to perform turf applications and grounds maintenance of an approximate 667 acres of Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) and the U.S. Soldier’s and Airmens’ Home National Cemetery (USSAHNC) as defined in the Performance Work Statement. These services will support all burial, memorial and tourism activities within the cemeteries; including visits from distinguished guests, significant public interest, approximately 6,000 funerals conducted each year and commemorations and daily wreath-laying ceremonies at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The services will include: mowing and trimming, trash/debris and floral pickup, leaf/snow/ice removal, pre and post burial care, liquid pesticide applications and spot treatments, pesticide and fertilizer applications, PH level adjustments, aeration, aero-vation, turf renovations, spot watering, seeding, and collecting and analyzing soil samples.
