The Mission Installation Contracting Command, Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Bldg. 1425, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, plans to issue a Solicitation for Elevator Maintenance Services at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC), Joint Base Myer Henderson Hall (JBMHH) and Fort McNair Military District. REQUIREMENT OBJECTIVE: The contractor shall provide Scheduled Maintenance and Repair (M&R) Services of elevator equipment. M&R Services are defined as all regular recurring inspections, adjustments, and lubrications, repairs, and parts replacements, "necessary to insure the continuous safe operation of the equipment. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors. The small business size standard is $15 million. The Period of Performance (POP) will consist of a Base Year plus three (3) One-Year Options. This action will be a 100% set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Businesses. The anticipated posting of the solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) W91QV1-19-R-0156 will be on or about 6 Sep 2019. Site Visit will be on 12 Sep 2019. The anticipated closing date for this solicitation will be 20 Sep 2019 at 3:00 PM Local Time, Fort Belvoir, VA. All Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov and prior to submitting an offer. The solicitation and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov). No paper copies will be issued.
