The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Belvoir (MICC), on behalf of Ft. Meade, MD, seeks capability for the leasing of one Caterpillar D5K2 Track-Type Tractor 2010 or newer for a duration of one year. Only Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) are to submit capability packages. Interested WOSBs in NAICS code 532412 Construction machinery and equipment rental or leasing without operator with a size standard ? $32.5M are encouraged to submit their capability packages. The capability packages for this sources sought are not proposals, but rather statements regarding the company's existing experience in relation to the areas specified above. Capability packages shall not exceed five (5) pages and shall be submitted via e-mail to Gregory Champlin, at Gregory.R.Champlin.civ@mail.mil with a courtesy copy (cc) to Sharon C. Lightfoot, at sharon.c.lightfoot.civ@mail.mil at no cost to or obligation to the Government. Areas or tasks where a contractor does not have prior experience should be annotated as such. The Government is seeking responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis from WOSBs. All capable companies are highly encouraged to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirements at fair market prices. Packages shall be submitted by 12:00PM EST, May 9, 2019.
