MISSION AND INSTALLATION CONTRACTING COMMAND FORT BELVOIR Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: W91QV119R0073 The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Ft Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to issue a solicitation to award a single, fixed-priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a twelve (12) month base and four (4) 12 month option years on behalf of the Fort Belvoir Department of Public Works (DPW). DPW has a requirement for Base Operations Services. This requirement will be set-aside for Woman Owned Small Business vendors. The estimated Period of Performance is from 15 August 2019 through 14 August 2020, with a twelve month period of performance and four option years through 14 August 2024. The posting of the solicitation will be 5 July 2019. All Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer. It is also noted that 8(a) firms must be certified as a Woman Owned Small Business with the Small Business Administration (SBA) as well as certified on SAM. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps.gov for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation.
