This is a non-personal services requirement to support USACE, Mobile District’s Readiness Support Center (RSC), which overseas and manages the Engineers Link (ENGLink) Application. ENGLink is the System of Record for all emergency management reporting, information-sharing, and emergency response, including status of disaster events, situation reporting, readiness tracking and mission support. ENGLink provides the framework for processing information to USACE HQ, Divisions, Districts, and Centers. ENGLink also provides real time tracking of personnel and events through time and location as well as personnel, team readiness and availability, Database and Application support, and Help Desk support to more than 35,000 USACE personnel worldwide.
