This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research to identify qualified contractors to remove and replace switchboards and Motor Control Center (MCC) panels at the ALTESS Data Center in Radford, VA. The work involves removing existing GE and Westinghouse equipment and installing new Eaton (or equal) switchboards and MCC panels, including integration with Trane Building Automation and Schneider Electric monitoring systems. The anticipated period of performance is July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
