The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Lee has a requirement to procure services for U.S. Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems & Services (ALTESS) at Radford Army Ammunition Plant, Radford, VA . This is a non-personal service(s) contract to follow all state, federal, and environmental safety regulations while providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, specialized tools, materials, supervision, and other items to provide Semi-Annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Emergency Repair Services (ERS) for two (2) Ingersoll Rand model 2.2475E7.5V (SN: 07121703658 & CBV289816), and two (2) Ingersoll Rand model 2545 (SN: CBV711103 & CBV711102), air compressors services directly supporting the ALTESS Enduring Data Center (EDC) located on site in Radford, VA 24141-1061. The services covered by this contract are for real property repair and construction. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) The anticipated period of performance will be 1 Sep 2025 to 31 Aug 2025, resulting in a one (1) year base and four (4) year option periods. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 333912,Commercial with a size standard of $12.5M. This procurement will be competitively procured as a Total Small Business Set-aside. The RFP will be available electronically at https://beta.sam.gov on or about 18 July 2025.
