Solicitation Amendment 01; Attached TE 3 UPS & Generator Inventory 3 September 2024 v2 and added Gererators plate information pictures. -09/04/2024- For: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and Generator Maintenance Services for Network Enterprise Center (NEC) Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. 23801 This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supple1nented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W91QF5-24-R-2000 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06, published 30 July 2024. This procurement is being issued set aside 100% to Small Business, under NAICS code 561210 Facilities Support Services $47 Million. The Network Enterprise Center (NEC)– Fort Gregg-Adams (NEC-Gregg-Adams) seeks to obtain the necessary service required to ensure maintenance is available on mission critical equipment. See PWS attached for more information. Period of Performance (PoP) Dates Base Year: 27 September 2024 - 26 September 2025. Option Year One (1): 27 September 2025 - 26 September 2026. Option Year Two (2): 27 September 2026 - 26 September 2027. In order to be considered for award, vendors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Vendors are responsible to ensure the representations, and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) included as an attachment to this announcement, or subsequent amendments, will be made a part of any resulting award. 2.
