Fort Gregg-Adams College of Applied Logistics and Operational Sciences U.S. Army Logistics University has a requirement to support ASU’s data education initiative for conducting training development and platform training, and providing mobile training team, and updates to programs of instruction modernization in support of the Unified Action in support of Large-Scale Combat Operations and Multi Domain Operations, the U.S. Army Learning Concept for Training and Education 2020-2040 (ALC-TE), and future sustainment Warfighter Functions initiatives. In performance of this effort, the Contractor shall interface and interact with other instructors; Department of Defense (DOD) contractors, military members, and Department of the Army (DA) Civilians as defined in this Performance Work Statement. See attached PWS for more details. All questions must be submitted no later than three (3) business days after issuance of this Solicitation, to allow a reasonable time for the Government to respond. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Lee (MICC-Fort Gregg-Adams) is conducting market research to determine availability of firms that can provide non-personal service(s) contract to provide Army Sustainment University’s students with the means to understand and perform data analysis in support of decision making. The program will be progressive and sequential with three levels and a Senior Leaders’ Course supported by Contracted education (Curriculum) Designers and instructors. A Train-the-Trainer program will also be established to transfer instruction responsibilities to military instructors and establish continuity of instruction. This special notice is for planning and informational purposes only and SHALL NOT be considered as an Invitation for Bid, Request for Quotation, or Request for Proposal. There is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this Sources Sought. The Government is seeking responses to this sources sought synopsis from all interested businesses capable of providing the requirement. Small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business, etc.) are highly encouraged to identify capabilities in meeting the requirements at fair market prices. Provide suggestions on how the requirement could be structured to facilitate competition by and among small business concerns.
