This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified Small Business Administration 8(a) firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 237990 (Athletic Field, Open Area Construction). Responses are to be sent via email to heather.b.jarratt.civ@army.mil no later than 2:00 p.m. 12 May 2023. Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish construction services, including all management, labor, tools, equipment, and materials to install an Army Combat Fitness Testing Field (ACFT) on an asphalt surface, install a concrete ramp like border and storm water piping. In addition, repair the existing ACFT field. The Place of Performance will be Fort Gregg-Adams, VA (previously, Fort Lee). ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE FOR THE PROJECT: (e) Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
