The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and professional services for asphalt work to include but not limited to alteration, repairs of road paving, curb and gutter, paving of parking lots, sidewalk, running tracks, removal and application of asphalt. DPW infrastructure of the installation includes maintenance and new construction of roadways and parking lots. Repairs and/or new construction may include: debris clearing/removal, cleaning and street sweeping; clearing, grubbing, and hauling, asphalt paving, overlays, milling, seal coats and patching; concrete paving, curbs and gutter, flumes, sidewalks, American Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps and incidentals; earthwork, base & sub-base; landscaping; storm water pollution prevention; storm drain ystems; concrete structures and miscellaneous; chain link fencing and gates; traffic signs, striping and pavement markers; traffic control devices; guardrail installations and repairs; parking lot construction and street and parking lot lighting.
