This project involves replacing the existing pool plumbing with a new overflow gutter system and sealing all legacy penetrations to restore watertight integrity. Work includes upgrading the filtration system to an in-ground horizontal design, replacing damaged electrical conduit and wiring, and relocating the main electrical panel and pump disconnect. Additional tasks cover new slide water supply, telecom line repair, pool deck drain replacement, and required grounding and bonding of pool components. The scope also replaces pool fencing, underwater lights, bathhouse windowpanes, storage room door, and building gutters, along with repairing bathhouse tile and installing a trench drain in the mechanical yard. Finally, a new exposed aggregate pool liner will be installed after all structural, gutter, and penetration repairs are complete.
