This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation #W91QF4-26-Q-A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) Federal Acquisition Circular: This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 effective as of 01 October 2025.
