Amendment 01 Textile Warehouse Office Addition and Renovation
This is a sole-award contract for the Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) of a textiles warehouse at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The work includes a new office addition, dock, and repairs to mechanical, electrical, and interior systems. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to manage multiple concurrent construction task orders. Performance of all services is at Building B1146 on Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The successful bidder must be a general contractor with extensive experience in scheduling, estimating, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
