This is a non-personal services contract to provide Catholic Clergy services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supeMCCrvision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall perform Catholic Clergy Services as requested to the Directorate of Pastoral Care (DPC). The Military Correctional Complex, consisting of the United States Discipilnary Barracks (USDB) and Joint Regional Correctional Facility (JRCF), shall be provided Catholic Clergy services for inmates. The DPC, under ‘redemption and rehabilitation’, advances positive growth of relationships through training, mentoring, worship, counseling, and modeling. The ultimate purpose is to deepen the spiritual life of our inmates. The Catholic Clergy services are a vital and necessary component to the overall mission of the DPC. This is evidenced in positive behavioral outcomes during incarceration and reduced recidivisms.
