This is a non-personal service(s) contract under which the personnel rendering the service(s) are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The Fort Leavenworth Combined Arms Center (CAC) requires a facility wireless network system in order to meet changing technologies, mission requirements, regulatory guidance, and RMF security controls. The Government request a quote to perform a site survey to determine current conditions and provide a design for a wireless facility network. This survey and design will then be used for the installation requirement to meet future operations by installing NIPRNET DODIN wireless facility network and include WIDS monitoring capabilities. SITE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS IAW FAR 52.237-1, a Site Visit is offerred to provide interested vendors an opportunity to more familiarize themselves with the project location. Any interested vendors must RSVP to Christopher Barnes by Monday, August 5th at 2:30 P.M. CST. RSVP must be received in email to christopher.a.barnes74.civ@army.mil and robert.d.yocklin.civ@army.mil. The Site Visit attendees must sign in at Building 338, 535 Kearny Ave, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027. The site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 6th at 10:00 CST. Questions are due by Thursday, August 8th at 3:00 P.M. CST.
