The Military Correctional Complex seeks a non-personal services contract for an AI-based inmate call monitoring software system and technical support, covering the USDB, MWJRCF, and NWJRCF facilities. The system must be AWS GovCloud certified and integrate with the existing ViaPath phone system to provide real-time monitoring, Spanish-to-English translation, keyword searches, and actionable intelligence for staff and inmate safety. The contract includes deployment of a cloud-native platform, 24/7 monitoring and escalation support, daily/weekly reporting, law enforcement assistance reports, and ongoing platform improvements without additional licensing fees. Training for staff will be provided via Microsoft Teams, with personnel such as an Account Manager and System Specialist supporting agency priorities. The work will be performed at the Military Correctional Complex locations serving more than 650 inmates.
