This is a non-personal services contract for the first year with four (4) option years to provide UPS and battery maintenance and battery end of life cycle replacement for the National Simulation Center buildings 45 and 73. The Contractor shall provide one (1) preventative maintenance (PM) and two (2) battery PMs per year for each buildings UPS system(s). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract and PWS. IAW FAR 52.237-1, a Site Visit is offerred to provide interested vendors an opportunity to more familiarize themselves with the project location. Any interested vendors must RSVP to Christopher Barnes by Wednesday, July 12th at 3:30 P.M. CST. RSVP must be received in email to christopher.a.barnes74.civ@army.mil and robert.d.yocklin.civ@army.mil. The Site Visit attendees must sign in at Building 338, 535 Kearny Ave, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027. The site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 13th at 10:00 CST. Questions are due by Friday, July 14th at 3:00 P.M. CST. Amendment 0002 is included to provide responses to vendor submitted questions, an updated PWS, and revised solicitation. Amendment 0003 is to change the solicitation closing date from 7/24/2023 to 7/31/2023.
