The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) has a requirement for delivery, setup, securing and weekly maintenance and cleaning of multiple portable latrines and hand washing stations at different locations on the Presidio of Monterey(POM) to support mission requirements and for special events staged at POM that are expected to draw large number of people from the community.
