The contractor shall develop, implement, and maintain an accredited graduate-level course designed to provide the educational foundation required for the spouses of Brigade Commanders and CSMs to be effective as members of the command team at the senior levels of our Army. This is a non-personal services contract to provide instruction for the spouses of Brigade Commander and Brigade Command Sergeant Major designees. Develop, implement, and maintain an accredited graduate-level course preparing spouses to function as informal leaders within a brigade command environment. Instruct the course in support of the CTSDP-BDE for up to 25 students per seminar.
