AMSC’s Intermediate Course prepares current and aspiring Army Civilian leaders (GS10-12) to become more innovative, self-aware, and prepared to effectively lead and care for personnel and manage assigned resources at the organizational level. The course requires an instrument that helps individuals identify and understand their own strengths and weaknesses. This self-evaluation will help Army Civilian leaders identify and strengthen areas that will allow them to be successful and maximize their potential as Army leaders. AMSC requires 1860 copies of the StrengthsFinder 2.0 e-book with Clifton Strengths code to fulfill this requirement.
